•  Protective cup for male players

The club has full kits of safety gear (not including mouthguard or protective cup) for hire at the minimal cost of $5.00 per session for beginners. You must provide your own in-line skates.

Hockey sticks are also available for hire for $5.00 per session. These hire kits are not intended for long-term use, as we only have a limited number available.

Once players have played for more than 6 months, players are encouraged to purchase their own hockey equipment – new or 2nd hand. Players with their own equipment improve and enjoy their hockey more because they are using equipment properly fitted to their size.

Beginner starter kits including hockey skates, all safety gear and hockey sticks are available for sale at Skateaway rink and club members receive a 10% discount.   Any enquiries about starter kits, please contact Skateaway manager.
